A little about me...
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT). I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II), a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II). My focuses are on working with individuals struggling with trauma, complex trauma/PTSD, and eating disorders. I also specialize in helping individuals living with a chronic medical condition (diabetes type 1 & 2, hypertension, heart disease, etc) live a fuller life. I am an Oregon native who loves traveling, art, and the outdoors.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and am currently working towards my EMDR certification with EMDRIA. I am also working towards a credential as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) with the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). At this time, Hailey sees individuals for virtual therapy via a HIPAA compliant video platform.

Hailey's Therapeutic Approaches
I experience therapy to be more than a profession…it is an interpersonal art form that allows me to bring my self into an exchange with another human being. While the foundation for all of my work is a compassionate presence, therapeutic interventions we might work with include:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy
- Body-Centered and Somatic Therapies
- Radically-Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

A little about me...
I am a Registered Counselor Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT). I am also a Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P) which means I have a master’s degree, have met rigorous educational standards, and am practicing art therapy under the supervision of Rainer Quinn Catkin Rivenburgh, MAAT, ATR-BC, ATCS, LAT, LPC, SEP.
I work from a person-centered and strengths-based approach. My goal is to provide a safe space for personal exploration in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. My objective is to assist individuals in enhancing their self-esteem, gaining insights into themselves, and fostering emotional resilience. I work with clients to set goals, track progress, and adjust interventions as necessary. I specialize in providing support to individuals dealing with depression and anxiety, and I have experience in trauma-informed care. At this time, Meredith sees individuals in-person at Harmony Farm Sanctuary in Sisters, Oregon.

Meredith's Therapeutic Approaches
I am trained in both traditional talk therapy and art therapy. I facilitate the exploration of experiences through non-traditional avenues, including art-making and engagements with nature, to provide unique therapeutic processes. Art therapy can provide a creative outlet for individuals to express themselves beyond traditional verbal communication. It can be particularly beneficial for those who may find it challenging to articulate their emotions verbally. Working in a farm setting offers a unique and therapeutic environment that includes interactions with nature and animals. The combination of traditional and non-traditional methods, along with the farm setting, offers a holistic approach to personal exploration and growth.
