Hailey Clark can bill for all insurnace providers on the right of this page. Individuals will be responsible for any copays after insurance has paid.
Out of Pocket Costs:$200 per session (50 minutes)
Meredith Haddan accepts private pay/sliding scale and the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
Sliding Scale ranges from $90/session up to $200/session depending on your self-reported income.
